Set up in Jan1,1995,JISN is a large joint-venture between Guangdong Jiangmen Float Glass Factory and ISN Glass Pet Limited ,Singapore in 1995 with total investment of RMB 1.5 billon and staff members of 1000,and 14% of them are technicians. There are three wharfs with eath berth capacity of 1000 tons unloading raw material, product and fuel oil respectively.
The company has two flat glass production lines. The 1F Line applies Luoyang Technology and was put into production in 1988 and the key facilities were imported from France, Germany, Belgium and so on. The melting capacity is 450 tons per day and annual production yields 2.70 million HB.
The 2F Line applies Pilkington technology improved by NSG and the equipment are mainly imported from Japan, Germany, Belgium, Finland and the United States. Its melting capacity is 550 tons/day with annual production yield of 3 millions HB of clear and tinted float glass of high quality.
