设备说明
CNC全自动数控玻璃切割机流水线由三台设备组成：全自动玻璃上片机、CNC全自动数控玻璃切割机、气动掰片台三台设备，由一个数控系统实现上片、切割机、掰片自动化流水工作。
Instruction
CNC Automatic glass cutting process line is included with equipment;automatic glass loading machine,CNC Automatic glass cutting machine,and pneumatically glass breaking table.Controlled with a commercially PC.Which will enable the assembiy-line processing of loading,cutting and breaking. 
工作模式：
全自动玻璃上片机进行吸片工作，大臂翻转，小臂推升进行玻璃吸附，自动吸取玻璃后、翻转至水平；同时玻璃自动巡边到达指定位置后，快速向数控玻璃切割机输送，全自动数控玻璃切割机自动接收到玻璃信号后，通过光电进行玻璃巡边、定位工作完毕后，精密切割机刀具按预设图形考试自动切割。切割完毕后，玻璃通过传送带被输送到掰片台上，气动顶杆即可掰片玻璃。
Features
After starting the loading machine,arms automatically suck glass from the shelf.Under sensor controlled,glass automatically find edge di-rections After moving to the designated location,transport glass to the CNC cutting machine.Under laser sensory element guidance,use laser-reader to get the position of the glass-sheet.Cutter will move to coordinate origin,and automatical start to cut according to the prein-stall graph.After cutting,glass will move to the breaking table.Steak bars and to break the.AT this point,the whole process work was completed.
