  产品构造： Product structure
由两层或多层玻璃原片附之一层或多层水溶性无机防火胶夹层复合而成。
It is compounded from two or more layers of glass chips and attach with single or multi layer water-solubility inorganic sandwich fireproof glue. 
  防火原理：Fireproof Principle
火灾发生时，向火面玻璃遇高温后很快炸裂，其防火胶夹层相继发泡膨胀十倍左右，形成坚硬的奶白色泡状防火胶板，有效地阻断火焰，隔绝高温及有害气体。归类于A类防火玻璃。
When the fire occurs, the head-on fire surface meets the high temperature will crack very quickly, its sandwich fireproof glue becomes spongy and inflatable about ten times one after the other, and form hard milk white vesicle glue layer, effectively block flame and harmful gas. It is classed grade-A fireproof glass.

  耐火检测： Fire-resistance Testing
依照GB15763.1-2001《中华人民共和国国家标准》每间隔3年一次型式检验。完全模拟火灾发生时的火焰及温升环境进行严格实测。
According to GB15763.1-2001 “standard of the People’s Republic of China”, the product will be examined every 3 years. This actual inspection is executed strictly in completely simulating condition of flame and the temperature rise of occurring fire.

  耐火性能：Fireproof  Performance
在规定时间内，保持耐火完整性和耐火隔热性，背火面的平均温升不超过140℃，最高点温升不超过180℃，保证背火面物品不被引燃。
It can keep intact of fire resistance and heat insulation within prescriptive time. The average temperature rise of back fire surface does not exceed 140℃, The max temperature rise does not exceed 180℃, in order to prevent the goods of back fire surface will be burned.

It doesn’t bear with water, dampness and strong ultraviolet. When it is applied for external wall and external curtain wall, it should be considered that combine fireproof glass and PVB sandwich in the design project.
  适用范围：Scope of application:
    建筑物房间、走廊、通道的防火门窗及防火分区和重要部位防火隔断墙。
Construction rooms, corridor, fireproof doors and windows of the aisle, and fireproof partition wall of fireproof subarea and important place. 
  贮运安装Storage, Transportation and Installation 
  玻璃保持垂直码放。
  室内存贮，保持干燥。
  安装以后及时打胶密封。
