KM® diamond drills are design to meet the critical working situation of glass drilling, the specific attention is paid to the drill bits for auto or manual drilling machines which combine the feature of speed and high precision with least edge cracking, even better with diamond countersinks waring on.

KM®之鑽頭特點是精度高，鑽孔速度快，鑽孔崩邊少，孔邊緣研磨效果好，可以應用於臥式立式玻璃鑽孔機，特有自動鑽孔機專用鑽頭，配合國內外高速自動鑽孔機床使用效果甚佳，同時可配套鑽頭倒角工具以提供玻璃鋼化前孔邊研磨處理。


APPLICATIONS 應用範圍

Silver Drill:  for 3-5mm Thickness Glass
銀色鑽頭：鋒利度一般，崩邊小。適合鑽薄玻璃。單面鑽厚度6mm以下，雙面鑽厚度8mm以下。

Golden Drill for 5-30mm Thickness Glass or 4-15mm Ceramic Panel
金色鑽頭：鋒利度極好，崩邊稍大，適合鑽厚玻璃，單雙面厚度8mm以上，及陶瓷面板厚度4mm以上。

Big Size Drills (Plate+Blades) for 3-20mm Thickness Glass Big Hole Drilling
玻璃鑽盤：一般用於鑽大直徑玻璃及陶瓷面板檯面等，厚度範圍3-20mm, 日常使用只需更換金剛石鑽片，鑽孔成本較低，相對一體鑽頭精度偏低，孔邊緣質量相對有下降。

Remark: Drills with YG1/2” thread are with higher accuracy and can drill faster than other drills. Core drills must be sharpened by sharpening stones before use, the sharpening process should be repeated as soon as the cutting performance of the drills decreases.

備註：通常情況下帶YG1/2"鎖頭鑽頭可比普通直、錐柄鑽頭速度及精度有較大幅度提升，钻头性能下降时可用油石修刀以回复初始性能。
