D-1800 本机如采用击砂方式设计，自动打砂加工，免空压机设备，节能环保。出砂量可微调，加工物表面均匀，加工速度输送带速度采用无板调整控制，行进速度可微调。可适用大平面玻璃，压克力板之自动打砂。可搭配集尘机，可基本做到无轨变换加工玻璃厚度。它具有自动夹持、稳压等系统、结构先进、精确度高、操作方便、工作效率高等优点，是玻璃工艺必不可少的机械设备之一。
The sand-shooting design is adopted for this machine,providing automatic sandblasting process with no aircompressor. It is energy saving and environment friendly. The sand volume can be fine adjusted to allow theprocessed surface to be smooth and even and enable the speed to be faster. Stepless transmission control is adopted to cintrol the conveying belt speed. The speed can be fine adjustment. It is suitable for automatics and blasting for large flat glass and acrylic panel. Dust collector can be added for dust-free environment.
